The Opportunity

iDesign is currently looking for an Employer Partnership Director, Nursing Partnerships. The Employer Partnership Director, Nursing Partnerships is a vital member of the iDesign team. As a field-based member of the team the Employer Partnership Director, Nursing Partnerships is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare systems and independent hosptials or clinics in order to ultimately improve patient care by enhancing the effectiveness and leadership skills of nurses. You will also be responsible for coordinating and executing on-site events with partner hospitals and clinics.

What You'll Do

As the Employer Partnership Director, Nursing Partnerships, you are a vital part of the iDesign team and a field-based member of the team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with healthcare systems and offices in order to improve patient care by enhancing the effectiveness and leadership skills of nurses.

You will:

  • Partner with the Vice President to create a strategic plan to grow the territory
  • Cultivate new relationships with healthcare partners
  • Call on CEOs and CNOs of hospitals and establish partnerships as a benefit for healthcare system employees
  • Manage relationships with key decision makers at healthcare partners
  • Establish a site coordinator and partnership communication plan
  • Coordinate program launches for new partners
  • Organize information sessions at partners
  • Participate in information sessions and other events as the program representative
  • Present and deliver compelling and accurate information sessions describing degree programs
  • Travel in and around the Louisiana area to meet with various healthcare systems 

 What You Need to Get the Job Done
 

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Sales and/or business development experience
  • Familiarity with the healthcare system
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite
